HSPA assemble 2 kinds of hot tub control system, Balboa and Gecko system,they are popular use for hot tubs. It's friendly for users -easy operation and control smarter. All of our luxury items match with the screen display panel Touch3 and K1000, it will upper when has the forefront technology.
Water Pump
HSPA chose LX and DXD pumps as our usually engine. After many years tested, it's perfectly match with our hot tubs, how much horsepower base on the nozzles how many on the hot tubs.
Top Cover
HSPA cover has various thicknesses, it can be keep water warm when you back home and avoid dust and leaves falling into hot tub, top cover is necessary. We also provide optional colour for to match with the side cabinets colour.
PVC Stair
HSPA provide 2-steps and 3-steps stair for the hot tub and swimspa pool, strong enough and easier for users to in/out from hot tub and swimspa pool.

What's the warranty policy?

HSPA provide 2-5 years warranty for spa and swimspa pool, 2 years for Sauna room. We provide free spare parts for you if any parts faulty.

30% deposit and balance 70% should be pay before shipping.

What’s the delivery time and shipping?
A:
Normally 2 weeks for a 20ft container spas(about 5 sets), 3 weeks for a 40ft container(about 12 sets spas). To sure the spa safety shipping for you, shipping by a full container is the best way, if not full a container of shipping by cargo, our package strong enough and provide door to door services.

What are the Electrical Requirements?

SPA either require 110V or 220V of electricity. If you choose a 110V model— often referred to as "plug-and-play". If you choose a 220V model, then you will need to work with certified electrician to ensure you have enough electricity to power the spa.
